Responsabilità

- Lead multidisciplinary projects within the Building Services Engineering team
- Act as project lead engineer, managing services and client interface
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to develop design ambitions and mechanical requirements
- Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers
- Lead the design process from concept to detailed design and construction




- Liaise with clients to align design with project goals
- Apply BIM-based workflows (Revit) when beneficial
- Support sustainable building design aligned with Arup's mission

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10+ years of experience in mechanical design
- Experience with data center and/or industrial buildings projects
- Ability to lead design from conceptual layout to construction
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Bilingual English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Willingness to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with BIM/Revit is beneficial
- Strong team-based working and proactive attitude
