Location: Turin In order to get closer to its customers and to expand its business, dSPACE is going to open an Italian location with a focus on Sales and Engineering.

To support our new office in Turin, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Developer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

- Analyze markets, customers, and competitors; identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement account strategies; position as strategic partner
- Manage and grow key accounts, including international and complex structures
- Generate and qualify leads; acquire new customers and support existing ones
- Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and conclude framework agreements
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets; create reports and KPIs
- Represent the full portfolio at customer meetings, events, and conference

Your Profile
- Completed degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field




- Relevant professional experience in technical sales/account management in the automotive sector
- High level of self-motivation and results orientation, as well as a structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and confident demeanor
- Business-fluent in Italian and fluent in English
- Valid Class B driver’s license
