Responsibilities Support the maintenance of sales KPI data integrity within the customer database

- Support the team with month-end closing activities, particularly with regard to data normalization
- Collaborate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure compliance with standardized sales-related processes
- Provide input to the Sales team and the CBO aimed at improving sales processes
- Monitor system adoption and data compliance with the company’s data policy
- Collaborate with Sales teams to gather the information required to perform data analysis and reporting
- Collect, analyze and interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide reports and insights to management and the Sales team




- Oversee activities carried out with the Legal team regarding documentation and procedures related to the Sales area.

Requirements and skills ~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; ~ Excellent command of English; ~1–3 years of previous experience in similar roles. ~ Accuracy and attention to detail; ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ~ Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; ~ Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills; ~ Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information; ~ Ability to communicate effectively at different levels. A 12-month fixed-term employment contract is offered. Indicative gross annual salary (RAL): €25,000–€28,000.
