Overview As a CRA II at ICON, you contribute to designing and analyzing clinical trials, ensuring data quality and patient safety while supporting investigators and site staff. You'll work cross-functionally to monitor trials, resolve data queries, and prepare key study documents. This role sits at the heart of advancing new medicines, offering opportunities to impact trial conduct and regulatory compliance.

You will travel ~60% to sites and collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
