Quintas Advisory is the advisory division of Quintas Group. The latter comprises Quintas Energy, Europe’s largest independent platform for Asset Management and Specialised Services to investors in the renewable energy assets with more than 10GW of assets currently under management. We have the leading professional team and systems and because of continued growth, a vacancy has arisen in our Seville Advisory team for a Project Manager, to support out Italy portfolio in thecnical and regulatory advisory services for solar PV, agri-PV and BESS projects in Italy, with a particular focus on grid connection, permitting interfaces and project development risks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate technical advisory workstreams, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, quality, deliverables and client expectations are effectively controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

- Act as the day-to-day technical interface with clients, coordinating internal specialists, developers, EPC contractors, engineering firms, O&M; providers, equipment suppliers and grid operators.

- Identify technical, regulatory, construction and operational risks, assess their potential impact on project delivery and asset performance, and recommend practical mitigation measures.

- Support project feasibility assessments, CAPEX and OPEX reviews and benchmarking, design reviews, constructability assessments and technical performance evaluations.

- Perform site visits across Italy during construction, commissioning and operational phases for PV and BESS installations.

- Monitor construction progress and assess quality of works, compliance with approved designs and technical specifications, installation practices, punch-list items and overall project readiness.

- Support commissioning and handover activities, reviewing test results, completion documentation,



outstanding technical issues and readiness for energisation and/or commercial operation.

- Assess operational assets from a practical engineering perspective, identifying potential defects, underperformance, recurring technical issues and O&M-related; risks, and supporting the definition of corrective actions where required.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards, methodologies, templates and best-practice frameworks within the Advisory division, sharing lessons learned and technical knowledge across the team.

- Prepare clear, concise and decision-oriented technical reports and presentations, summarising findings, key risks, recommendations, mitigation measures and next steps for clients and other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum3 years of experience in renewable energy, technical advisory, project development, grid connection, permitting, engineering or similar roles.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

- Solid technical understanding of PV and BESS systems.

- Proactively manage technical interfaces and project issues.

- Fluent level of English, both written and spoken.

Desirable requirements:

- Previous experience advising clients on project development strategies, technical and regulatory risks, grid-related interfaces and compliance requirements in the Italian market, with particular consideration of TERNA, ARERA, CEI standards and applicable DSO/TSO requirements.

- Previous experience coordinating and deliverimg technical due diligence assignments for acquisitions, project financing and development-stage investments across utility-scale PV, agri-PV and BESS assets.

- Previous experience reviewing grid connection studies, engineering documentation, technical specifications, permits and project documentation prepared by developers, EPC contractors, engineering firms and network operators.
