Position

Product Manager for Turkish Market

Contract

Full-time, permanent

Work experience

Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in technical sales – ideally in the window and door industry, insulating glass, or plastics sector

Main tasks and responsibilities

·The candidate will join the Market Team, which is responsible for sales processes and the development of new products, primarily targeting the Turkish Market.

· Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companies

· Identify and directly contact potential new customers and market opportunities

· Focus on commercial and technical consulting activities, as well as developing new products and services based on market needs

· Define and implement commercial strategies to ensure success in your market





· Regularly review KPIs for your processes

· Work on the team’s P&L; management, as well as Forecasting, Planning, and Budgeting activities.

· Maintain frequent customer relationships through on-site visits (approx. 60% of the time)

· Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observation

Professional qualifications

Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite

Languages

· Turkish (C2 or mother tongue)
