Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into finished products, ensuring compliance with the brand's quality and luxury standards.
- Manage the entire product development process, from prototyping to sampling and industrialization.
- Select suppliers, manage sampling, and negotiate supply conditions.
- Monitor costs and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee quality control of materials and prototypes.
- Act as a technical point of reference for the design and production teams, resolving any technical issues.

Your Profile Essential Requirements:

- At least 5-7 years of prior experience in a Product Development or Product Specialist role, specifically in the luxury leather.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments (Design, Production, Style Office).
- Previous experience in the world of tailoring is considered a valuable asset.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
- A passion for the fashion industry and an aesthetic sensibility.
