In this role you drive client relationships as a trusted advisor, sourcing and delivering strategic IT projects. You plan, lead, and assure quality on initiatives that connect technology with business goals. You'll translate complex tech topics for stakeholders and allocate resources to maximize impact. You work cross-functionally to advance BCG Platinion and contribute to people development and practice growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and delivery.

Present key project results to senior client management

Contribute to people development, recruiting, and practice areas

Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline

At least twelve years in IT consulting with lead design/management of IT projects

Experience managing project teams of 5+ people

Ability to build solid business cases for IT initiatives

Decision leadership in complex organizations with focus on solutions

Proven track record of acquiring consulting projects

Strong communication in Italian and English leadership

IT strategy and implementation project planning and governance
