Tecnimont is looking for a Poject Trade Compliance Officer to join the “Export Compliance” Function.

Job summary/Role description The Poject Trade Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all project activities involving the export, re-export, transfer, and brokering of goods, software, and technology comply with applicable export control and sanctions regulations.

Key Responsabilities

Throughout the lifecycle of the project, the Poject Trade Compliance Officer will:

- Assess risks and vulnerabilities associated with project activities related to export, re-export, transfer, and brokering of goods, software, and technology.
- Liaise with project functions (including procurement, logistics, engineering, project control, and finance) on all matters relating to Trade Compliance.
- Screen products to identify dual-use items and restricted goods that require prior export authorization.
- Prepare export authorization applications when needed.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient filing of Trade Compliance documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on Trade Compliance activities and related matters.

Requirements and Skills

- Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
- Technical skills are preferred.

Compensation The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 60.000.

- The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio.
- Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
