We are looking for an engaged and detail-oriented People Organizational Excellence Intern to join our People & Organization team at the Global Headquarters in Milan.

Your Impact The People Organizational Excellence Intern will support the team in improving HR processes and contributing to the evolution of HR tools at a global level.

Activities

- Support the analysis and mapping of HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the development of efficient and innovative solutions.

- Collaborate in gathering and analyzing functional requirements, supporting the evolution of HR systems and the implementation of new features to enable business processes.

- Contribute to the preparation of training materials and communication initiatives, encouraging the adoption and effective use of HR tools among end users.

- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to gather local requirements and promote solutions aligned with global business needs.

Qualification

- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field

- Fluency in English and Italian

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools,



particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Interest in HR processes, digital tools, process improvement, and organizational transformation

- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in an international and cross-functional environment
