The role

Lead store operations across our directly operated and franchise network in Italy. You'll own the standards, build the team, and make sure every store delivers the experience the brand promises. Real ownership: your own team of area managers, the mandate to shape it, and a global operating model behind you.

What's ahead

Our MINISO LAND flagship opens in Milan on Corso Vittorio Emanuele in 2027 — one of the most important stores in our European network. You'd help build the operation behind it, and behind everything that comes after in Italy.

Who we're looking for

Someone who has raised the bar in a store network before and enjoyed doing it. Hands-on, in stores most of the week, direct with people, obsessed with detail. Fluent Italian and English. Based in Milan or ready to move.

Il ruolo

Guidare le operations della nostra rete retail in Italia, diretta e in franchising. Sarai responsabile degli standard, costruirai il team e farai in modo che ogni store offra l'esperienza che il brand promette. Ownership reale: un tuo team di area manager, il mandato per costruirlo e un modello operativo globale alle spalle.

Chi stiamo cercando

Chi ha già alzato l'asticella in una rete di store e si è divertito a farlo. Concreto, presente in negozio la maggior parte della settimana, diretto con le persone, ossessionato dai dettagli. Italiano e inglese fluenti. Base a Milano o disponibilità a trasferirsi.
