Our Luxury Leather Goods Hardware business supports handbags, small leather goods, and accessories through product development, engineering, precision manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, and quality management.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager based in Milan to support selected luxury leather goods hardware development and manufacturing projects. The role is suited to professionals who understand the operational coordination required between product development, sourcing, suppliers, production, quality, delivery, and international brand teams.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate operational requirements across selected leather goods hardware projects.
- Support product-development and production timelines.
- Coordinate suppliers, manufacturing, quality, materials, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain visibility over sampling, approvals, and production readiness.
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and execution issues.
- Support development-to-production handovers.
- Coordinate communication between European client teams and YIBI manufacturing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow,



responsiveness, and execution consistency.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management, manufacturing, production, supply chain, sourcing, or product development.
- Experience in luxury goods, leather goods, accessories, metal components, or premium physical products is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional coordination capabilities.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and supplier workflows.
- Experience working with international teams and suppliers is highly valued.
- Professional Italian and English communication skills are preferred.
