In this role you lead a team of Area Managers at an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, driving operational excellence to meet performance targets. You orchestrate shifts, partner with HR, Finance, Safety and Security, and design site-wide initiatives to improve safety, quality and productivity. You will mentor managers, influence cross-functional teams, and shape daily operations to support fast, reliable customer fulfilment in a dynamic logistics environment.
