Runway Logistics is looking for a Time Critical / Next Flight Out (NFO) Operations Executive with hands-on experience managing urgent air freight shipments.

This is a fully operational role. You will coordinate shipments from booking through delivery, respond quickly to flight disruptions, and keep clients and partners informed when every minute counts.

Key responsibilities

- Manage Time Critical and NFO shipments end-to-end
- Monitor flights and arrange alternatives or rebookings when disruptions occur
- Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, airports, and overseas partners
- Track shipments in real time and provide clear, timely updates
- Resolve urgent operational issues and manage escalations
- Follow SOPs and maintain accurate shipment records





What we’re looking for

- At least 1 years of hands-on experience in Time Critical logistics, NFO, or urgent air freight operations
- Strong knowledge of airline operations, flight schedules, and air cargo processes
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work shifts in a 24/7 operational environment, including nights when required
