Junior Marketing & Communication Specialist The Marketing & Communication Specialist will contribute to the operational management of marketing and communication activities, focusing on content and visual material production. The role involves working on content, social media, events, webinars, newsletters, corporate materials, and digital projects, in collaboration with the Marketing team, internal departments, international branches, and external suppliers. Managing the social media editorial calendar, from content definition to asset creation and publishing.

Producing and updating web, editorial, and press content, including creating graphic assets and visual materials to support various channels. Managing and updating the Content Hub and Press section of corporate websites (in three languages). Creating and managing newsletters and email marketing campaigns.

Supporting the organization of corporate events, company visits, and initiatives aimed at clients and partners. Providing operational support for webinars, including speaker engagement, material creation, recording, and post-event content. Supporting corporate projects and initiatives with social and local community impact.





Knowledge of social media management dynamics and editorial planning. Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365. Strong command of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, demonstrated through a portfolio (including academic or personal work) featuring at least one editorial layout project—such as a catalog, brochure, or report—and digital channel assets.

Video editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent tools. Knowledge of German. Previous experience (even minimal) in B2B, industrial, or technology sectors. Knowledge of additional tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.

Ability to work on a project basis. Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Sciences (with a digital focus), Marketing, or related fields. Applications from recent graduates are also welcome.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
