As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive net-new logo acquisition and grow strategic accounts within a defined territory. Your work will connect Cohesity's data security and resilience platform to complex enterprise needs, influencing security architecture and risk posture. This role offers exposure to AI-enabled data protection in a fast-moving, partner-driven environment with meaningful customer impact.

Execute a territory plan to win new logos and grow existing accounts Build and advance a qualified sales pipeline, including partner-supported opportunities Engage with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within complex organizations Lead discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment with guidance from Sales Engineers Develop value-based proposals linking Cohesity to security, resilience, and operations needs Collaborate with channel partners and technology alliances to expand market reach Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting Share customer insights and competitive feedback with product and sales teams Experience selling to Information Security / Cybersecurity teams with knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and compliance Customer-focused mindset with interest in cybersecurity and data protection, including ransomware recovery Proven track record selling enterprise technology solutions (infrastructure, Saa S, or related) Success in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts Foundational understanding of data security and backup technologies, with willingness to deepen technical knowledge Familiarity with Cohesity solutions is a plus Exposure to platforms such as Net Backup, Backup Exec, or Info Scale is helpful but not required Comfort working with channel partners and co-selling Strong communication skills for stakeholders and customers Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Professional English proficiency Willingness to travel Customer-centric mindset Strong communication and presentation skills Collaborative and partner-oriented Knowledge of data security and backup technologies Familiarity with Cohesity products (Data Protect, Data Hawk, Smart Files) is a plus Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards Enterprise Account Executive • napoli, campania, it
