As Legal Counsel (Transactional), you own drafting, negotiation and strategy for key B2B agreements across Satispay's business lines. You structure and manage strategic partnerships from inception to execution and oversee SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts. You'll contribute to tender processes and marketing agreements, while leading contract template improvements and negotiation automation with the AI team.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to balance legal risk with growth, in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.

Draft and negotiate complex B2B agreements across business lines (employer and merchant agreements, payment services)

Structure and manage strategic partnerships from deal inception to execution

Advise on and negotiate SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts

Support corporate welfare tenders (gare d'appalto) including contract and tender document review

Draft and negotiate marketing, advertising, co-branding,



and media/creative agency agreements

Improve contract templates and legal processes; drive negotiation automation with AI

Collaborate with Tender Manager on legal aspects of procurement processes

Degree in law

8+ years in commercial law, complex B2B contracts, and transactional matters

Experience across law firms and in-house teams

Exposure to fast-growing, tech-driven businesses, fintech or corporate welfare is a plus

Ability to manage multiple transactions autonomously and balance risk with growth

Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver pragmatic commercial solutions

Excellent business partnering and communication; ability to simplify complex legal topics

Fluency in English and Italian problem-solver teamwork and collaboration ownership and initiative contract drafting and negotiation

AI-enabled negotiation tools or automation knowledge of SaaS and procurement contracts
