Role Description The Junior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. This position involves identifying and engaging potential partner businesses, presenting Deluxy’s Luxury Delivery services, and supporting the onboarding of new partners.

The Junior Sales

Manager will maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners, monitor sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service offerings. Daily activities include preparing sales materials, conducting meetings and follow-ups, managing CRM data, and assisting in local sales initiatives and promotional activities.





Qualifications

- Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with premium partners.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in presenting services, handling objections, and closing agreements.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic analytical skills to track sales results, interpret data, and propose improvements.
- Comfort working in a luxury or premium service environment, with high attention to detail and service standards.
- Proficiency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Milan, with flexibility for local travel to partner locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, retail, or hospitality is an advantage, especially in the luxury sector.
