As a Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play an essential role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality fire safety products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met and continuously improved, contributing to the safety and reliability of our solutions.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Trieste, Italy location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact product quality and customer satisfaction by assisting in the implementation of quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and supporting corrective actions to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes for fire safety products.

- Support product and process audits to identify areas for quality improvement and ensure compliance with standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

- Experience or internship in quality engineering or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or fire safety products





- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies

- Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and audit processes

- Proficiency in using quality software tools and Microsoft Office applications

- Experience with fire safety industry standards and regulations

Annual gross salary from €33.300 and applicable NCBA is Metalmeccanico Ampio Industria. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications and are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.Incentive and benefits to be part of the offer.
