We are looking for an Junior Master Data Specialist for our Head Quarter in Senigallia.

The Junior Master Data Specialist supports all activities related to the Master Data Team, including product code creation, purchase, sales and intercompany price management, bill of materials (BOM) maintenance, product classification, and data quality controls.

This role supports the Master Data team in managing and maintaining product and commercial data within the company ERP systems. The position contributes to ensuring the accuracy and consistency of critical business information, including product codes, pricing data, bills of materials, and product classifications.



It offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in master data management while supporting key business processes across multiple departments.

Main Responsibilities

- Create and maintain product master data within the ERP system
- Create new product codes and manage updates to existing records
- Upload and maintain purchase, sales, and intercompany price lists
- Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Manage product classifications, categories, and attributes
- Perform data validations and quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies

Key Experiences

- Previous experience is not mandatory
- Internship or initial experience in Data Management, Supply Chain or similar functions is considered a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems is considered a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management is mandatory

Key Knowledge & Competencies

- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools

In line with our commitment to pay transparency and equal opportunity, the expected gross annual salary for this position ranges between €23,000 and €25,000. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's professional experience, competencies, and qualifications relevant to the role.
