WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Core activities: You gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring data solutions deliver real value.
- Analytics & Reporting: You design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using BI tools. You perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
- AI integration:



You contribute to AI and ML initiatives by defining business requirements for intelligent applications, validating model outputs, and translating results into business recommendations.
- Team work: You collaborate in cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring high-quality delivery in complex, data-driven environments.

Essential Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis roles
- Bachelor's or master's degree ranging from Engineering/Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other data-centric disciplines is mandatory (minimum grade required >98/110)

Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos or similar)
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes
- Ability to write functional and technical specifications, user stories, and process documentation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities in dynamic contexts..

Nice to have

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to AI/ML projects and understanding of model lifecyclee

- An offer tailored to your experience. This position is open to people with varying levels of expertise and seniority. The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement (Metalmeccanico). The job classification will be assessed starting from level B2, and the gross annual salary will range from €31.000 to €35.000..
