Job Overview The Investor Relations professional will lead the company’s financial communication strategy, acting as a key point of contact between the Board of Directors, investors, and the broader financial community.

This is a highly strategic role with direct impact on the company’s positioning and value proposition within the financial markets. The position will also ensure alignment between financial objectives, business priorities, and product roadmaps, effectively translating the company’s technological and operational strategy into a compelling investment narrative.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement the company’s overall Investor Relations strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and CFO.
- Manage financial communications, periodic reporting, earnings-related materials, and corporate presentations for investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with institutional and retail investors, analysts, and other key capital market stakeholders.
- Oversee Product Management and Product Marketing activities, ensuring that the company’s technology value proposition and product strategy are effectively communicated to the financial community.
- Support Corporate Governance activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, with potential involvement in the company’s Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza – OdV).
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in roadshows, Investor Days, financial conferences, and other international investor engagement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, peer companies, and shareholder expectations to provide strategic insights to senior management and the Board.

Must-Have Requirements

- Experience:



At least 3 years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, or related roles, preferably within a listed company.
- Financial & Market Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate governance, equity markets, and investor communication.
- English Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (C1/C2), with the ability to manage presentations, negotiations, and interactions with international stakeholders.
- Education: Master’s Degree in International Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- International professional or academic experience, including postgraduate specialization abroad (e.g. a Master’s degree in Business Communication or a related discipline).
- A hybrid professional background combining financial expertise with previous experience in areas such as Sales Operations, Customer Service, Product Management, or Product Marketing.
- Previous experience within the technology sector or in a technology-driven organization.
- Exposure to listed-company environments and capital market communication.
