Y our Role

We are looking for an Innovation Strategy Analyst to join our consulting team and support high-impact projects across Fashion, Luxury, Business, and Technology.

This is a hands-on consulting role for a motivated and analytical professional who wants to work directly on client projects, market research, strategic analysis, benchmarking, and the development of client-facing deliverables.

You will work closely with the team and senior management, supporting projects from research and analysis through to strategic recommendations and presentations.

The role is offered as a freelance collaboration , with a fractional setup and flexibility depending on project needs.

Resp onsibilities

- Consulting Projects: Support the delivery of consulting and advisory projects for Fashion and Luxury clients
- Market & Industry Research: Conduct research on markets, industries, companies, technologies, and emerging trends
- Strategic Analysis: Analyse data and market developments to identify relevant opportunities and implications for clients
- Benchmarking & Competitive Intelligence: Research competitors, business models, positioning, and market dynamics
- Innovation Research: Monitor emerging technologies, startups, trends, and innovation opportunities
- Client Deliverables: Develop presentations, reports, analyses, and other client-facing materials
- Data & Analysis:



Organize and analyse information using Excel / Google Sheets
- Presentation Development: Create clear and compelling presentations using PowerPoint and Canva
- Project Support: Contribute to project coordination, deadlines, and day-to-day execution
- Strategic Recommendations: Support the team in translating research and analysis into actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Innovation, Fashion/Luxury Management, or a related field
- 6–12 months of professional experience in consulting, advisory, business analysis, strategy, innovation, research, or a similar environment
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Good knowledge of Canva for presentations and visual deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to structure information clearly and turn research into compelling presentations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong interest in Fashion, Luxury, Technology, Innovation, and the Made in Italy ecosystem
- Previous freelance or consulting experience is a plus
- Freelance availability is preferred
