We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented person to join our team as a Tourist Host in the Vatican area of Rome.

The Host will be the main point of contact for our customers before and during their visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel.

Main Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers at the meeting point.
- Check tickets and booking information.
- Guide customers to the appropriate entrance and assist them through the entry and security procedures.
- Answer customers’ questions and provide useful information about their visit.
- Assist customers with any problems or unexpected situations.
- Ensure that every customer has a smooth, organized, and positive experience.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, punctual, communicative, and comfortable working with people from all over the world.

A good knowledge of English is required.



Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.

Previous experience in tourism or customer service is appreciated but not essential, as training will be provided.

Working Conditions

- Location: Rome – Vatican area
- Working hours: 8 hours per day
- Schedule: 6 days per week
- Salary: €1,200 per month
