In this role you will lead talent development, internal communications, and employer branding to support Sephora's strategy. You will manage a multi-vertical team and design integrated HR programs that align with European HQ guidelines and country needs. You will drive engaging employee experiences, well-being initiatives, and a cohesive communication strategy across Retail and Corporate populations.

Proven experience as a Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding, or similar role

Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

High organizational skills (complex planning and priority management)

Strong cooperative skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
