In this role you will manage key accounts in the Home Appliance segment within Infineon’s SMD team, driving revenue growth and design-wins. You will build strategic partnerships, address customer challenges with cross-functional experts, and report activities proactively. You will collaborate with the European FAE team, Product Experts, and Business Lines to deliver customer-tailored solutions.
This position supports Infineon’s mission to enable decarbonization and digitalization through innovative semiconductor solutions. You will work in a global, collaborative environment and have visibility across the organization.

Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts

Collaborate with European FAE, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines to implement innovative, customer-tailored solutions
Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
5–10 years of sales/account management experience, preferably with large, xysqume complex accounts in semiconductor and/or home appliances
Strong collaborative mindset and accountability in a global environment
Proven ability to adapt and grow within a large organization
Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and Europe
Excellent communication in Italian and English proactive account management design-win processes
