We're looking for a highly motivated Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the founding team and help scale our operations.

What You'll Do Work with the founders on daily operations and high-priority initiatives Operate across teams, coordinating engineering, product, and commercial activities Improve how we work by structuring workflows, documentation, and internal systems Support customers through onboarding and ongoing operational processes Own ambiguous problems and turn them into practical solutions, analyses,



and reports What We're Looking For Student or recent graduate interested in startups, operations, and strategy Clear communicator who can prioritize and manage multiple workstreams Nice to Have Experience in a startup, consulting, finance, or operations role Interest in AI, finance, or technology products Real ownership, not just "intern tasks" Fast learning across multiple parts of an AI-first finance startup Potential to grow into a full-time role Location: this position requires on-site presence at our Milan office.
