As Cluster Finance Controller for two ultra-luxury Sardinia properties, you lead financial operations, controls and performance across a multi-property setting. You will partner with General Managers to implement policies, safeguard profitability and drive financial strategy. The role blends control, reporting, budgeting, and treasury leadership to support luxury hospitality excellence.
You will collaborate with regional and corporate offices to align financial governance with strategic goals. HODs and finance teams on financial matters Treasury management, cash planning, optimize cash use; monitor tax law changes and implement policy updates Support opening of new products; assist with accounting for asset sales or ownership changes Maintain communication with Belmond regional office (Milan) and Cheval Blanc corporate (Paris); report to Divisional Financial Controllers and GMs Proven experience as Director of Finance / Financial Controller in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels or resorts Solid leadership skills with commercial mindset and hands-on approach Fluent in English and Italian
