About Desort

Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in the dental industry. We are seeking an experienced Dental Business Development & Recruitment Sales Specialist to develop relationships with dental practices and sell Desort’s recruitment services nationwide.

What You’ll Do

- Prospect dental practices and identify new business opportunities
- Contact practice owners, managers, executives, and hiring decision-makers
- Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort’s recruitment solutions
- Sell recruitment and staffing services and generate new dental clients
- Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Follow up with prospects and develop long-term relationships
- Work with Desort’s recruiting team to support client hiring needs

Required Experience

Experience in BOTH sales/business development AND recruitment/staffing is required.

- Previous experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or a recruitment agency




- Experience selling recruitment or staffing services is highly valuable
- Comfortable cold calling and speaking with dental practice owners and decision-makers
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experience with LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and online prospecting
- Spanish/English bilingual is not required but is highly valuable

Compensation

Commission-only. No base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation. Earnings are based on successful business generated and are not guaranteed.
