To strengthen our restaurant team, we are looking for a warm and professional Chef de Rang (m/f/d) who creates exceptional dining moments through a passion for Fine Dining, personalised guest care and impeccable service.

Your Tasks

- Independently manage a service station and provide personalised attention to our guests throughout their restaurant experience
- Provide professional and personalised advice on our menus, dishes and beverages
- Ensure attentive and professional Fine Dining service
- Serve food and beverages professionally in accordance with our quality and service standards
- Prepare and oversee your own station and ensure a perfect mise en place
- Anticipate and fulfil individual guest wishes and contribute to special occasions and culinary experiences
- Guide and support the Commis de Rang within your station
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service operations
- Handle high-quality products, materials and equipment responsibly
- Comply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Work closely with the Maître, Assistant Maître / Sommelier and the entire restaurant team

Your Profile

- Several years of experience as Chef de Rang or in a comparable position within upscale hospitality or gastronomy
- Passionate host personality with a genuine enjoyment of direct guest interaction
- Very good knowledge of À-la-carte and Gourmet service




- In-depth knowledge of food and beverages, ideally including wine service
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Well-groomed appearance, positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Team spirit, flexibility and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
- Very good command of English; German or Italian is an advantage
