What we'll give you in return: The salary range for this position is EUR 50,000 – EUR 58,000 gross annual fixed compensation (RAL), corresponding to Level B3 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico (Code: C011), and determined by Versuni's objective, gender-neutral career framework.

In addition to the fixed salary, you will be eligible for a variable compensation plan linked to company performance and incentive programmes. The overall package also includes home-working and mobile phone allowances, private healthcare coverage, and a broad range of welfare and employee benefits.
