Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a Business Development Manager MEA | Make-Up & Skin Care on behalf of our client, a leading Italian beauty manufacturer specialized in the development and production of innovative make-up and skincare solutions for some of the most prestigious international beauty brands.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the company’s ODM Make-Up & Skincare business across the Middle East and selected African markets, with a particular focus on the UAE, GCC countries and Saudi Arabia.

This is a highly strategic and client-facing position requiring a senior commercial professional capable of building long-term partnerships with key decision makers and transforming market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development activities across the Middle East and selected African markets.
- Identify, approach and convert new beauty brands into long-term ODM partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, owners, CEOs and senior executives of leading beauty companies.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' brand strategies, product needs and innovation roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with the Italian Marketing,



R&D; and Product Development teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Anticipate market trends, customer needs and emerging opportunities within the beauty sector.
- Manage strategic customer negotiations and support the successful execution of commercial projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and key market meetings throughout the region.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience within the Beauty/Cosmetics industry.
- Solid experience in ODM/Contract Manufacturing, preferably within make-up and/or skincare categories.
- Previous exposure to a beauty brand environment is considered a strong plus.
- Existing network and proven credibility within the Middle East beauty market, particularly in UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of beauty product development, sourcing processes, formulations and innovation trends.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and brand owners.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record in new business acquisition and market development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and strong execution capabilities.
- Highly relationship-oriented with excellent intercultural communication skills.
- University degree preferred.
- Fluent English and Arabic are mandatory.
- Italian is considered a plus.

Location & Travel The position can be based either in Italy or Dubai.

A high level of mobility is required, with approximately:

- 50% of the time spent collaborating with the Italian headquarters and local teams
- 50% of the time travelling across the Middle East and Africa region

Salary Range: €60.000 - €70.000 gross + premio + benefits
