In this role you support Euronext customers with specialist advisory and ensure high satisfaction, acting as a reference on operational and technology topics. You will manage client relationships, deliver trainings and webinars, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. You will contribute to changing the client experience through projects and capture feedback to drive improvements.

This is a hands-on position at the intersection of finance, tech and client success, based in Milan with opportunities to travel and shape capital markets future.

Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance or Business Administration

Interest in information technology and the financial sector

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong organisational and analytical skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

One to three years of experience in a client-facing or technical support role (preferred)
