1-3 years of experience in automotive aftersales, parts sales, dealer network development, service operations, or automotive consulting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Fluent Italian and good English

Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Italy

Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields relationship building influencing stakeholders communication analytical skills data analysis process optimization
