You'll translate performance data into practical action plans, coach dealership teams, and drive the adoption of best practices. This client-facing role sits at the heart of our growth, enabling measurable improvements and stronger customer retention.
You'll work with leading automotive brands in a dynamic, international setting and travel across the region to deliver impact.

Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and customer retention
Collaborate with automotive manufacturers and dealership stakeholders
1-3 years of experience in automotive aftersales, parts sales, dealer network development, service operations, or automotive consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Fluent Italian and good English
Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Italy
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields relationship building influencing stakeholders communication analytical skills data analysis process optimization
