Draft and negotiate project contracts and related agreements





Support legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment

Participate in training and development within the team

Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110

Recently acquired license to practice law in Italy

1–2 years of relevant experience in Project, Energy &

- Infrastructure in a law firm

High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus

Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession

Excellent negotiation and communications skills

Global mentality and enthusiasm

Ability to adapt to an international environment and grow with the firm communication
