As Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will nurture and expand strategic relationships with Pharma and Biotech clients, driving sales across Clinical, Quality, and Safety solutions. You'll steer account vision, coordinate cross-functional resources, and own complex sales cycles to hit revenue targets. You'll stay ahead of industry trends and translate challenges into innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Develop and implement account vision, strategy and ways of working

Serve as custodian of customer needs and advocate for them

Manage complex sales cycles with internal/external resources

Meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets

5+ years in sales and/or consulting, with at least 3 years in life sciences

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas

Consultative sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions

Strategic account planning and execution skills

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to engage customers from end users to C-level

Self-motivated with minimal supervision

Passion for solving customer business problems

Business proficiency in English and Italian or Spanish customer-focused mindset ability to work cross-functionally

Life science software solutions

R&D; software solutions understanding is a plus experience with consultative sales approaches
