A PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Space‑related disciplines, or an MBA is considered a strong plus /li li5-7 years of experience in Industrialization, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Operational Excellence within the Space, Aerospace Defence industry /li liDeep knowledge of the Space sector, including space programs and products, certification requirements, technical specifications, and complex stakeholder environments /li liStrong knowledge of both traditional Space and New Space business models, including dual‑use technologies and emerging industry ecosystems /li liProven experience across the value chain, from product development and industrialization to supplier management, production ramp‑up, and operational scaling /li liHands‑on experience with key enabling technologies, including the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR),



and Digital Twin technologies /li liDirect experience managing teams and resources /li liExcellent presentation and communication skills /li liStrategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset /li liEnthusiasm for driving change /li liExcellent command of Microsoft and AI‑powered tools /li liFluency in both Italian and English.
