For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Pioltello, Milan a dynamic and motivatedMechanical RD Engineer. /p /brh3Main taks: /h3 /brul /brliDesign and construction of electrical system/products and project-based solutions. /li /brliPerform finite element analyses (tension/stress, fatigue, hardware analysis, welding, aging frequency/vibration) to aid and optimize design and validation of new products, focusing on modeling welded/bolted/riveted joints, fatigue, proof stresses, and safety factors according to railway norms and best practices. /li /brliProvide technology innovations and high product reliability. /li /brliKeep design database updated in order to trace and produce right apparatuses.



/li /brliKeep high level of technology in mechanical electrical products. /li /brliValidate all mechanical electrical design of dedicated group. /li /br /ul /brbRequirements /b /brul /brliMaster’s degree in mechanical engineering with experience in FE simulation for mechanical validation. Other master degree can be evaluated (like: electrical engineer…). /li /br /ul /brul /brliElectrical AC/DC Medium / High voltage as a strong plus. /li /brliDevelopment or technical design on mechanical or electro-mechanical devices is a plus. /li /brliMinimum 5 years of successful industrial experience. /li /brliVery good knowledge of 3D CAD modelling software (Solidworks, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, etc..). /li /brliRailway rolling stock industry international standards knowledge as a plus. /li /brliExperience with MSC Nastran/Apex/Patran is advantageous. /li /brliExperience with analysis of welded joints and fatigue is advantageous. /li /brliLanguages: English - fluent with ability to create high-quality written reports for clients; French - beneficial but not required. /li /br /ul /brbBenefits /b /brpWe fosterflat hierarchiesanddirect communication, enabling quick decisions and strong collaboration across all levels.
