/li liSupport AIOps initiatives focused on automated anomaly detection and operations optimization. /li liContribute to the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering and Continuous Improvement practices. /li liParticipate in workshops, assessments, and consulting activities with enterprise clients. /li liSupport management and sales teams in identifying new business opportunities and innovation initiatives. /li liContribute to the growth and development of the Observability Digital Reliability Business Line. /li /ul pbRESPONSIBILITIES /b /p ul liSupport enterprise clients in adopting modern Observability and Reliability Engineering strategies. /li liCollaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define transformation roadmaps. /li liLead the implementation of solutions focused on resilience, performance, and digital service quality. /li liPromote the adoption of innovative practices for monitoring and proactive operations management. /li liContribute to the definition of KPIs and reliability metrics. /li liCollaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Application Engineering, and Security teams. /li liBuild strong and long‑lasting relationships with clients and partners. /li liSupport pre-sales and business development activities by identifying growth and innovation opportunities. /li /ul pbREQUIREMENTS /b /p ul liAt least 3 years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or IT Operations. /li liExperience with at least one enterprise Observability platform. /li liKnowledge of Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, or equivalent solutions. /li liUnderstanding of cloud‑native and microservices architectures. /li liFamiliarity with OpenTelemetry, Distributed Tracing, Metrics, and Log Analytics. /li liKnowledge of major cloud observability services across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. /li liExperience in application and infrastructure performance analysis. /li liUnderstanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices. /li liInterest in Artificial Intelligence applied to IT Operations. /li liGood written and spoken English skills. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong consulting mindset and customer‑oriented approach. /li /ul pbNICE TO HAVE /b /p ul liExperience in AIOps and Intelligent Operations projects. /li liExperience with Dynatrace Davis AI, Datadog Watchdog, Splunk AI, or similar technologies. /li liExperience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. /li liKnowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container platforms. /li liFamiliarity with automation and orchestration tools. /li liExperience defining SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. /li liKnowledge of Platform Engineering principles. /li liDynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud,
