The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the EPC Contractor's execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedule, HSE and quality requirements, while protecting the Client's interests from a PMS perspective. /p h3Work location: /h3 h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liMonitor and oversee the EPC Contractor's construction execution plan, method statements and work packs. /li liEnsure construction activities are aligned with the approved project schedule and milestones. /li liSupport constructability reviews during design and engineering phases. /li liMonitor construction progress, identify delays and deviations, and propose corrective and recovery actions. /li liEnsure compliance with project HSE procedures, international standards and applicable regulations. /li liMonitor field safety performance and participate in safety walks and audits. /li liOversee the implementation of Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). /li liReview NCRs, corrective actions and lessons learned, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and applicable codes. /li liCoordinate interfaces between engineering,



procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams. /li liManage interfaces between onshore/offshore activities, subcontractors, vendors and third parties. /li liMonitor contractual compliance, scope changes and variation orders, providing construction input for claims and contractual correspondence. /li liReview EPC Contractor daily and weekly progress reports and prepare PMS reporting for the Client. /li liEnsure construction records, red-marked drawings and as-built documentation are properly updated and submitted. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. /li liProven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within EPC projects. /li liProven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction activities, including civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. /li liStrong knowledge of construction management, project execution and contractor management. /li liExcellent knowledge of international codes, standards and construction practices. /li liGood understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements within EPC projects. /li liExperience in schedule, progress and change management.
