This position combines financial analysis, reconciliation, operational control, and stakeholder communication to support reliable payment processes and informed business decisions. You will work with large financial datasets, investigate discrepancies, optimize provider costs, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced international environment. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments while taking ownership of critical financial operations that directly impact business performance and customer experience. /ph3Accountabilities: /h3ulliManage relationships and day-to-day communication with payment service providers while ensuring compliance with agreed contractual terms. /liliMonitor account balances across multiple payment systems and maintain strong financial control over payment operations. /liliAnalyze provider fees, exchange rates, commissions, and contract conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency. /liliReconcile transaction records with provider statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy. /liliOversee timely processing of customer payouts and company withdrawals while resolving payment-related issues.
