The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring platform reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence. Working closely with Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security teams, you will drive automation, observability, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise applications. /p pbWhat you'll do /b /p ul liPerform a complex range of technical work activities to meet business and customer requirements. /li liEnsure the reliability, availability, and performance of Java applications and microservices running in production environments. /li liMonitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise observability and monitoring tools. /li liParticipate in incident management, troubleshooting production issues, and performing root cause analysis. /li liDevelop and maintain automation solutions to reduce operational overhead and improve service stability. /li liCoordinate small teams delivering work packages in line with company processes and customer requirements. /li liProvide technical leadership within the Java SRE and application support domain. /li liCollaborate with Development,



Platform Engineering, Cloud, and Security teams to improve service resilience and scalability. /li liManage CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments across multiple environments. /li liCreate and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and technical procedures. /li liContribute to the development of standards, best practices, and operational excellence initiatives. /li liPerform performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive system optimization. /li liEscalate issues appropriately in line with company processes to ensure customer expectations are met. /li liCommunicate effectively on complex technical issues, minimizing business impact and avoiding unnecessary escalations. /li liEvaluate escalations and drive timely resolution to meet service commitments. /li liProvide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a consistent support experience. /li /ul pbWhat you'll need /b /p ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. /li li6+ years DevOps/SRE experience. /li liWindows Linux OS experience. /li liShell scripting experience. /li liPowerShell scripting experience.
