Learn more at . /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liOwn and continuously improve Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and File Services /li liProvide expert 2nd and 3rd line technical support and participate in an agreed on-call rotation /li liLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex collaboration, authentication, identity, mail flow, and file service issues /li liManage configuration, administration, upgrades, testing, deployments, and service changes across the M365 environment /li liTranslate security requirements into practical solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, least-privilege access, retention, data protection, sharing policies, and auditing /li liDrive service reliability, resilience, compliance, automation, and operational excellence /li liDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Azure DevOps pipelines to automate administration, reporting, and operational tasks /li liCollaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT, business teams,
