Our success is attributed to the dedication of our talented professionals, and this role is critical in maintaining the infrastructure that allows them to thrive. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the continued airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our aircraft fleet. /p pYou will perform inspections, troubleshooting activities, repairs, modifications, and maintenance tasks on aircraft structures, engines, and systems while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company requirements. /p pWorking closely with fellow technicians, engineers, and operational teams, you will contribute to a safety-first environment focused on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. /p h3What Success Looks Like in This Role /h3 pSuccess in this role means performing maintenance activities safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate technical documentation, identifying and resolving technical issues effectively, and contributing to the continued airworthiness and reliability of the fleet while meeting regulatory and operational standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on aircraft structures, engines, and systems in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements. /liliCarry out inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and functional testing of aircraft and aircraft systems. /liliRemove, disassemble, inspect, repair, assemble, and install aircraft components as required. /liliOperate tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform maintenance activities safely and effectively. /liliComplete maintenance records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. /liliEnsure compliance with company procedures, EASA regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements. /liliInterpret technical manuals, maintenance instructions, engineering orders, and aircraft drawings. /liliMaintain an organized, safe, and professional work environment. /liliCollaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and operational stakeholders to support maintenance objectives. /liliSupport additional maintenance tasks and projects as assigned.
