ph3Role Purpose /h3 pGenerate new business in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) and Groups segments through proactive prospecting, developing new corporate accounts, MICE agencies, and event organizers. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and acquire new clients in the MICE and Groups segments through proactive prospecting (cold calling, networking, site inspections). /li liDevelop and manage the MICE/Groups sales pipeline, from RFP to contract signature. /li liAttend trade shows, workshops, and industry events dedicated to the MICE segment (e.g., IMEX, IBTM, corporate trade fairs). /li liBuild lasting relationships with MICE agencies, PCOs (Professional Congress Organizers), and corporate accounts. /li liTrack production targets and the conversion of enquiries into confirmed contracts.



/li liWork with the relevant team on the optimal allocation of space and rooms for the groups/MICE segment. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management, other STEM, or Event Management. /li liAt least 3–5 years of MICE/Groups sales experience in hospitality, with a proven new-business development track record. /li liStrong proactive prospecting/hunting skills. /li liKnowledge of the Italian and international MICE market. /li liExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. /li liFluent in Italian and English; a second language is a plus. /li liWillingness to travel frequently. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
