The Senior IT Consultant will ensure that related application services remain reliable, effective, and aligned with the University's operational and business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, this role will gather and analyze business requirements, identify operational challenges, and deliver innovative digital solutions that support the University's strategic objectives. This role will also collaborate with in-house, outsourced, and co-sourced development teams to drive the successful delivery, adoption, and continous enhancement of TL solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse, define, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions that support the University's teaching and learning objectives /li liEngage and collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather business requirement, facilitate system requirement meetings for product roadmaps and operational issues /li liResearch, plan, collaborate and implement effective technology to enhance teaching and learning experience for faculty /li liWork closely with learning designers to evaluate new teaching and learning tools /li liAdminister, maintain and support the University's Learning Management System (LMS) including its integration with other enterprise systems /li liManage vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope,



within budget and meet quality expectations /li liEnsure developers and vendors perform works that comply with the University's IT policies, governance standards, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) /li liIdentify and track issues and obstacles facing assigned projects and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline /li liAt least 8 years of relevant experience in systems implementation and hands‑on experience in application development with Microsoft technologies, including .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL /li liExperience participating in at least three full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) web application projects /li liStrong ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications /li liGood technical knowledge to understand the technical constraints of solutions /li liStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with effective problem‑solving abilities /li liGood communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence users and stakeholders /li liWell‑organised, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment /li liExperience in the education sector will be an advantage /li liFamiliarity with system architecture will be an advantage /li liKnowledge of current and emerging technologies that support TL will be an advantage /li /ul h3Informazioni sull'azienda /h3 pSingapore Institute Of Technology /p pSIT is an autonomous university in Singapore that offers applied learning with extensive work‑study degrees.
