ppWe're supporting a leading multidisciplinary design and project consultancy in Milan with the appointment of an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of complex building and real estate projects. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically capable Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning and pre-construction through delivery, commissioning and final handover. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liManaging construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover /li liCoordinating multidisciplinary design, construction and consultant teams /li liManaging project programmes, key milestones and delivery schedules /li liMonitoring project cost, quality, risk and overall performance /li liSupporting procurement, tendering and contractor appointment processes /li liManaging client, contractor and stakeholder relationships /li liReviewing project progress and identifying potential risks or delays /li liCoordinating site activities and ensuring delivery aligns with design intent and contractual requirements /li liManaging variations, changes and project reporting /li liSupporting commissioning, snagging, practical completion and final handover /li liEnsuring projects are delivered safely,
