You will ensure incident resolution and optimize tool performance. You will take preventive measures to ensure stable and secure IT applications and infrastructure to avoid potential service interruptions. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3pYour main tasks will include: /pulliResolving incidents in Boutique and Office environments, /liliSupporting users on business applications (Cegid Y2, ...), /liliSupporting users on IT equipment (cash registers, PDAs,
