The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and prior experience in financial services or insurance. This role will be responsible for defining target architectures, guiding solution design, and ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide architecture principles across cloud, data, security, and AI domains. Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks eg. DORA /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liDesign and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient architectures supporting AML systems and workflows. /li liDevelop and evolve target architecture roadmaps in alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and organizational objectives. /li liPartner with delivery teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements (including compliance). /li liProvide architectural oversight for cloud-native and hybrid applications deployed across AWS, Azure, and on-premises ecosystems. /li liDefine and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices across the technology landscape. /li liEnsure architectural alignment across domains including security, data, AI/ML, and applications. /li liProduce high-quality architectural documentation using industry-standard modeling tools.



/li liCollaborate with engineering teams on software engineering practices, DevOps integration, and version control governance. /li liGuide implementation teams in containerization, orchestration, and model-serving technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. /li /ul pbRequired Qualifications /b /p ul libBachelor’s or Master’s degree /b in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. /li lib5+ years of experience /b in architecture roles (enterprise or solution architecture), preferably within a bmultinational or matrixed organization /b. /li liStrong architectural background in the binsurance or financial services industry /b (AML experience highly desirable). /li liHands-on expertise with bcloud platforms (AWS, Azure) /b and hybrid infrastructure models. /li liStrong understanding of bsecurity, data, and AI architecture domains /b. /li liProficiency with barchitecture modeling tools /b, such as ADOIT and ArchiMate. /li liSolid knowledge of bdatabase management systems /b (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Managed Instance) and modern software engineering practices. /li liExperience with bGitHub /b or similar version control systems. /li liStrong practical experience with bcontainerization and orchestration /b using Docker and Kubernetes. /li /ul pbPreferred Skills /b /p ul liExperience designing architectures for AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or customer risk assessment systems.
